The original developer package for React 18 + Vite + TypeScript, Tailwind 3.4 and shadcn/ui (“default”, cssVariables). No new libraries.

Reference screens
Where the screens and tokens/index.css disagree (e.g. the screen shows --background as pure white), tokens/index.css wins; it is what ships.
